Claim Form Received BW Legal for Unauthorised Entry/Parking

Hi All,
First of all I would like to thanks every one of you for all your help and support provided during the case. This would have not been possible without all help provided here.
I would like to share that I won the country court Case against BW Legal. It took around 45 minutes- an hr of hearing and arguments from both side.
After representing the opening statement BW Legal representative was asking the same questions which were already answered in the DS and WS. The Judge stopped the BW Legal representative in the middle after few question saying these all are already answered and don't waste the court time.
In my statement I put some points strongly
1. no proper sign of being private parking apart from only P sign visible within span of 10meter to 50 meter distance
2. This kind of sign more dangerous and seems like trapping drivers to park for a while and pay the claim. Only few come forward and go to court to fight the claim.
3. The entire parking area is kept dark and Premier Parking area is more dependent on street lights.
4. Car was not even parked just entered and after realising it's private parking left within 8 minutes. ( this was challenged by BW representative but was dismissed by Judge during final decision statement)
BW Legal was also pulled on WS comments that I have used moneysavingexpert help to prepare my DS and WS.
Finally The Judge dismissed the BW Legal claim, point 2 got more weightage and Judge was convinced with my point, and right to appeal by BW Legal was also dismissed immediately saying all points are already answered and not stand at all.
Once again I would say thank you to everyone who has helped me with this, I really appreciate all the help and support from the moment I posted my case here! It's been a very long journey I have definitely learnt a lot of new things along the way and now much wiser to the whole process.
Thanks @Fruitcake @KeithP @Coupon-mad @Redx @Umkomaas @Half_way @beamerguy @Jenni_D @Le_Kirk @D_P_Dance

Excellent report and great outcome. Thank you so much for the feedback, because without it, forum regulars have no idea whether their advice is working or not. Great stuff.ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST - PREMIER PARK LTD/ BW LEGAL!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Well done

Quite right. They don't seem to understand the principle of the small claims court.

When I see that in their WS, it always seems to smack of desperation, and a bit like something from the school snitch!Snakes_Belly said:Well done

What an inspiring court report!

One favour please:
We need you - as a genuine PPC victim of aggression, sharp practice and an 'extortion' attempt to add £70 - to respond robustly to the Public Consultation on the level of parking charges and banning of the false added DRA 'fee' that too many honest motorists currently fall victim to.
It will need consumer input (powerful voices) but change is afoot. It's taken about 5 years to get to this stage:

And then the industry threw victims' money at it and blocked and delayed it - explained here:

...anticipated in a few weeks...
...July we think.
We need people like you and your driving family & friends to respond in high numbers!
You have a personal story to tell about the culture of greed that inflates parking charges to line the pockets of roboclaim bullyboy 'legal' firms, and incentivises court as a cheaper form of debt collection than the PPC making proper efforts to engage with the consumer,
I am sure you want your voice heard to stop this happening again.
