    Appendix 1 Particulars,

    SSA Commencement date, 01/12/2016
    SSA end date, 30/11/2019.

The alleged event occurred one year after the contract end date. Have you received anything to prove the contract did not end before the alleged parking event?

    FruitCake,
P6, para 1, The Duration and Termination says.. and could be the reason this contact is still valid..

"The contract period will be 36 months from the date of agreement and will continue thereafter until terminated by either party ...."

You aver that the contract ended after 36 months, as stated on the contract, and require the claimant to prove that the contrary is true. In other words, you want proof that it was not terminated thereafter. Make them prove a negative.

    Hi All,
Just to update, hearing was adjourned and I received a letter on email for the same.

    IT IS ORDERED THAT
    1. Due to a lack of judicial availability the hearing xx March 2022 is adjourned.
    2. Parties are to file any dates to avoid within 14 days of the date of this order.

what should I do here, Although I have to call them on next working day?

    regards

What you should do is notify the court within fourteen days of any dates to avoid.
Just like you did when filing a Directions Questionnaire.

I don't understand the last bit. Why do you have to call them on the next working day? What's that about?

If your WS didn't already include your evidence then compile it and send it now (tomorrow morning after 9am) and say nothing. The court may simply accept it and then it would be for the other side to challenge the validity of it. (Claimants have been allowed lots of leeway by the courts, even though they're "professionally" represented, so there's no reason why a litigant in person with no court experience shouldn't be allowed such similar leeway).

I had to double check that this was indeed the thread I started...hopefully everyone else got their tickets resolved too.
Yet despite that 'double checking', you still decided that this thread was the one to post on.   ;)

You have not posted on this thread before - let alone 'started it'.

Well, that's emabrassing, maybe I needed a triple check! My bad, it came up in my history, I shall remove the post from here so I don't do what I incorrectly accused others of doing.
