    Sorry I was being a bit flippant when I said trick! 
    I guess what I'm asking is is there anything I can do to prompt them into making me a BT offer ...some of the cards with a nil balance I've not used for a while so if I spent small amounts & then cleared the balance would that prompt them ?
    Cleary they see you have too much exposure. Potential debt to income.

    There is no trick that would work.
    You could try dumping the cards you do not use, but who can say if it will work, or how long it might take.

  • Doubt that is even possible. 

    Barclaycard has been the most reserved and unrewarding I’ve ever known them since pandemic hit.
    Keep increasing my limit, I keep spending less? I see no change here.
