Has those who have had booster/3rd dose got it added to their record on the NHS app yet?
Only in my list of medicines, not on the travel/ events pass section.

I work at a GP led vaccine clinic and at least 2 of the surgeries we serve have said that as an interim solution, without charging they will produce a list of a patient’s covid vaccines signed and stamped by the surgery for patients travelling to a country that requires this.
How long after booster did it take to be on your list of medicines at the GP's

I read in the press that the booster wasn't going to be added to the NHS App proof of vaccination. I had my booster last week but had assumed that it wouldn't be added for a couple of weeks (to allow the booster to take effect). My proof of the 2nd jab wasn't added until about 2 weeks after it was done.  I have just checked my NHS App record and there is no mention of the Booster yet. I had it done on Tues 26th October.

4 days, which was longer than I expected. Vaccinated on a Sunday and the data entered (by me!) immediately.

How does that work then? After you entered the data, does that record of your jab get relayed to your GP surgery, then it's just a case of the surgery entering it on your records?

The data entered is onto NIMS, the National Immunisation Management System via NIMS own data entry system or Pinnacle or other systems. That data is stored in the NIMS data store.
That updates the central database, that also contains patients demographic details and GP information that NHS digital manage. That feeds into GP data, your medical record, the national booking system and the NHS app.
So the data starts off on the central record and from there is dispersed out as appropriate.

I haven't been able to download the app. The NHS website simply points me to register and the provided me a scan code. Not very helpful as it doesnt provide my vaccine status

The QR code contains your vaccine record. When it is scanned it will show up.
