NHS app - vaccination status

The new NHS app is supposed to show your Covid vaccination status.
I've had both jabs now but the app has still not updated. It's only recording my first vaccination and it's been a week since my 2nd jab.
My partner had their jab at the same time and their status was updated the next day.
Is anyone else using the NHS app in the same position? Have you managed to get your record updated?

A week is a long time to wait for the app to update. You need to contact and chase this.
where did you have your second jab?
if it was a surgery or gp led clinic contact your surgery. If it was at a pharmacy contact the pharmacy direct. If it was at a mass vac centre contact 119.

Does it really matter?1

It seems likely that being able to show your Covid Vaccination status will be your 'passport' to international travel/test free travel, possibly to access some events/venues/services abroad and possibly to some domestic events/venues (whether government or provider mandated) so getting it updated seems to be a good idea especially if you have plans/plan to to travel abroad.MattMattMattUK said:Does it really matter?0 -
It might be, but it is still a long way off yet even if it does happen. I am also not daft enough or selfish enough to consider travelling abroad during a global pandemic, despite it presenting nearly zero risk to me personally.TheShape said:

My surgery (who are running a GP led clinic) sent out a SMS to all patients last week saying patients requiring proof of vaccination must use the app or phone 119 as they are unable to help. Whether the 119 call handler can help if a vaccination centre made an admin error is another question.silvercar said:if it was a surgery or gp led clinic contact your surgery.
International travel doesn't automatically mean holiday. That's where the confusion over amber countries comes in, travel to them is permitted but you should only go for essential reasons i.e. not a 2 week package holiday in Tenerife. People making essential travel may be more likely to need proof of negative test/vaccination than holiday makers.MattMattMattUK said:

There is a big difference between proof of vaccine and ensuring your medical record is correct. I understand that GP surgeries have better things to do than provide proof for travel, but ensuring your record is accurate is important.epm-84 said:

Jonty6262 said:Has those who have had booster/3rd dose got it added to their record on the NHS app yet?According to the press the NHS app is not capable of displaying the booster jab as yet. Certainly, mine is not showing, although I can see my booster on my Patient Access page.Several travel companies are applying pressure to have the NHS app updated because some counties are starting to apply an expiry time after the second jab beyond which they consider full vaccination status to have lapsed. Most countries are 365 days but this could of course change. Israel is currently 180 days. Initially Austria set 270 days but I believe they have recently increased this to 365.1

Only in my list of medicines, not on the travel/ events pass section.Jonty6262 said:Has those who have had booster/3rd dose got it added to their record on the NHS app yet?
I work at a GP led vaccine clinic and at least 2 of the surgeries we serve have said that as an interim solution, without charging they will produce a list of a patient’s covid vaccines signed and stamped by the surgery for patients travelling to a country that requires this.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
