Vanguard Platform Fee's

I have currently invested my 20k ISA allowance with Vanguard and also transferred 50k to Vanguard from another provider. For simplicity if everything was to remain as current, would I pay platform charges on my invested sum only ( 20k @ 0.15% = £30) or would both the invested sum 20k and the sum not invested 50k be applicable? Therefore 70k @ 0.15% = £105.
