S&S ISA transfer

Hi all, got myself into a right muddle and can't seem to find an answer online.
I have a stocks and share's ISA with HL which i opened a few years ago and have been adding to via monthly savings. I have contributed to the ISA in the 21/22 tax year i.e. since April.
I want to transfer it to Interactive Investor (the full balance) and continue my monthly savings. I know I can transfer the ISA but if I transfer it can I keep adding to it this tax year? As potentially I will have contributed to more than one ISA (even though its the same pot of money).
Any views gratefully appreciated :)

The effect of ISA transfers is as if you'd paid into the new account all along, so you can pay into HL, then transfer to II, then pay into II, all within the same tax year, subject of course to using the II transfer process, keeping all current year money together at all times and sticking to the overall annual contribution limit.

Sorry to crash the thread with a very similar question...
If you pay into a S&S ISA this tax year, then transfer it to a S&S LISA, can you now contribute to another S&S ISA ?

Yes you can, as long as all of this year's contributions were transferred, and subject to total combined contributions of £20k.
