Tracking live fund performance - Vanguard

I'm aware Vanguard doesn't provide any App or live tracking feeds. Is there any 3rd party App or means could be used for monitoring without having to login each time?
(Not for me, but for my partner who wants to have a better idea of the performance trend before moving forward. I did remind him past performance can't represent the future. )
Thanks.

You could knock something up quite easily in Google sheets. Depending upon what you are investing in the GOOGLEFINANCE function will allow you to pull in live prices.

If what you actually want is the past trend, look at Trustnet: https://www2.trustnet.com/Tools/Charting.aspx

Thank you for pointing out Google Finance has all the info. My husband seems to be satisfied with the source at the moment and would be able to write a small program to track in his own way...gobeye said:You could knock something up quite easily in Google sheets. Maybe worth reading through this recent thread that covers similar ground?

I would caution your spouse not to become fixated on checking the performance of funds too often. The important thing is to have an asset allocation that should work for you in the long term and then to let it "do it's thing".“So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past.”4

Just go to the Vanguard website - no need to log-on - select tab, What we offer, click on Our full list of funds, click on Detailed - slightly down the page @centre, view 'em allSwipe said:Roselondon_2 said:I'm aware Vanguard doesn't provide any App or live tracking feeds. Yes - checking long term investment accounts every day is the route to madness.bostonerimus said:I would caution your spouse not to become fixated on checking the performance of funds too often. And "live" tracking as the title suggested is even more so.Doshwaster said:

OP - Funds are only priced once a day so there is no live tracking. However if you want to see the live performance of underlying investments then look at the index it's tracking eg FTSE100 and you'll be able to see that to give a good indication of directionRemember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -
This is indeed a very useful thread for the OP.eskbanker said:Maybe worth reading through this recent thread that covers similar ground?
