Only the Executor(s) can instruct/authorise property sale. I'm very surprised an EA would market a property before anyone has even seen the will.
I think you need to be prepared for a long wait0 -
The daughter is dealing with it all,she also has the will, the solicitor said it will take him 4 weeks to prepare which he has now, then the daughter has got to sign the paperwork for him to send off for it to be granted, I’m clueless with all of this as u can see, her solicitor have said to the EA he Expect probate to be granted in about 4 to 5 months0
