Yeah same; apparently they haven't enabled their system for credit limit reviews, but plan to "Soon".

I'd ditch and switch if my creditworthiness was anywhere half decent but even Vanquis won't have me. I have a CIFAS waiting to laps in January; hopefully then I'll at least be able to move to a slightly better sub-prime card.
I had a Vanquis card in a previous life. Although I'm getting my credit file back on track with 8 various cards from the likes of Capital One, Marbles, Zopa, Tesco Foundation, Barclays Forward, etc, I'd still never ever take a card from Vanquis (or their sister brands) again even if they let me.

I'm not even eligible for Zopa CC or loan. Is it only for people with poor credit history?

No - they tailor their offer to your circumstances and recent history - I got one recently at an APR of 14.9% (I am aware that a couple of people have had an even lower APR - and some higher) and got a decent 4 figure credit limit. My next lowest APR is a 21.9% - although in the grand scheme of things it doesn't make a difference as I pay in full monthly, and haven't paid interest for 10 years...
