I asked was there any IHT to pay but unfortunately I wasn’t allowed to know which I understand, all I know is probate registry have now received application and we have had confirmation they have it, fingers crossed it won’t be longThrugelmir said:
If there's IHT involved. The HMRC may require an upfront payment against the liability before agreeing to the granting of probate.
