Is Mr Martin Lewis aware that DFS furbishings are using his good name as an arbiter on their complaints department website?

But its not a consumer rights question and Martin sold this site many years ago .

Are you sure its legitimate DFS web site as i cannot see anything .

Are you sure you aren't getting confused with using Resolver? 



Resolver is a medium you can use to contact companies that subscribe to it - IMHO it's a waste of time and purely acts as a digital filing cabinet.

so many con artists are abusing his name with bitcoins etc.

Are you talking about resolver?  That is something he does recommend.

My next step is to put the CARP CORNER UNIT on ebay and Facebook marketplace with a very accurate description of the item; together with my dissapointment at the customer services receiveed so far. (images included)
