Hello all, as an update, the hearing was adjourned due to lack of judicial availability. But it has been rescheduled for 21st September.
Would anyone be able to have a look at my Statement of Case and also the defence and give me some feedback if I’m along the right lines or barking up the wrong tree?1 -
Hi, sorry if I wasn’t clear. I didn’t go to court in June because the hearing was suspended until 22nd September. Apparently the judge wasn’t available for the date in June.1
