Even better , 2 missing documents , plus missing lease docs ( they probably were not given the latter , but useful to understand the procedures involved for correct service )1

Ok, so basically I emailed gladrags back in May with the request for the missing information. I had the generic email to say it was received and didnt hear a peep from them following that.
But lo and behold I get home today to a begging letter from DCBL (who were the original collectors) for the same bloody parking event that sent gladrags running ......... at what point does this become harassment? Seriously I have 2 different debt collectors chasing the same event ?! Oh and still no word from new generation parking management. How do I escalate this ?
Thanks in advance0 -
. at what point does this become harassment?
When a judges says so.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
Generation parking don't know if they are coming or going. DCBL to Gladstones and back to DCBL. .. Only one legal can deal with this.bluegoldie said:Ok, so basically I emailed gladrags back in May with the request for the missing information. Not surprised that they dumped Gladstones ?
Is the letter from DCB LTD or DCB LEGAL ..... the first is debt collection rubbish and the second would be valid if it was a "letter before claim"
Generation parking are playing musical chairs with you and the so called legals

Exact name they are using is direct collection bailiffs limited. PCN is the exact same number as the one Gladstones were claiming for too.patient_dream said:

The address is wrong on the letter despite me correcting this with NGPM when I did the SAR request. Its getting irritating now.
Thank you0 -
You can ignore dcb ltd , but not if it comes from dcb legal
Sit on your hands , you cannot do anything at this stage , apart from complaining about it to your local MP , plus filling in the government consultation

Is there a link to the government consultation on the newbie thread ? Also should I consider escalating my complaint to the ICO in regards to the SAR request?Redx said:You can ignore dcb ltd , but not if it comes from dcb legal

No, but the thread you need to read is on the first page of the Parking Board - just fifteen threads below yours at this moment in time.bluegoldie said:

Finally had a response from gladstone 4 months later! Looks like I have the pleasure of dealing with DCBL in future, still no SAR information mind...... the saga continues

If you submitted a SAR with proof of ID and they have not responded after one calendar month, you should have complained to the ICO - suggest you do this now. However, did you submit SAR to the PPC or to the solicitor?bluegoldie said:Finally had a response from gladstone 4 months later!
