LBC Gladstone and new generation parking management SAR issues

I wont bore with the details of the claim at the moment it's from a ticket back in 2019 so I don't really remember anything about the details (hence the SAR). I followed the advice on the newbie thread as soon as the LBC was received sending the template SAR to the parking company and an email to gladrags.......
The SAR was sent on 26th of April 2021 via email with an email to confirm receipt on the 28th of april.
Fast forward to yesterday and I received an envelope which i had to pay £1.50 to receive. Within was the 'information ' I had requested which quite frankly wasnt worth the paper or the £1.50.
There were a couple of photos a few lines referencing dates that letters were sent and a copy of my email to them. There were no letters including the PCN's original or otherwise.
Where do I stand ? I have clearly not had the information requested?
I have drafted another email and wanted to run it by you all first, here goes

Hi
I recieved some insufficient and incomplete information from yourselves. As requested and as is a legal requirement please could you provide me with all of the details you hold about me as per my SAR request. Information includes letters sent and other documentation. I am seeking legal advice and this information is required. I would prefer this information electronically as I was required to pay the insufficient postage costs from yourselves.
I have included pictures of the limited information you provided in case there has been some error.
Kind regards
Advice greatly appreciated before gladrags send me the court claim form.
Thank you

tell gladrags to insist that their client fulfil this request or to obtain all your data and send it themselves, placing the matter on hold whilst its happening, informing them that this total lack of compliance will come up in any court case and in a complaint to the ICO tooinclude copies of what you received to show how woeful it is, plus that it does not include copies of the original NTK PCN invoice either2

This was the useless information I was given

Hi and Kind regards??
This is a company about to sue you.
It would be best if you put your communications on a more formal footing.
I suggest Dear Sirs and Yours faithfully.5 -
page 3...... sorry for all the red but it was hard to crop out ALL of the information (or lack of)

Thank you! It is woeful. I will send the email to new generation and then forward on to gladrags from there ? I can then evidence the rubbish I've been given.Redx said:tell gladrags to insist that their client fulfil this request or to obtain all your data and send it themselves, placing the matter on hold whilst its happening, informing them that this total lack of compliance will come up in any court case and in a complaint to the ICO tooinclude copies of what you received to show how woeful it is, plus that it does not include copies of the original NTK PCN invoice either1 -

the point here is how can their client possibly expect to have an invoice that needs paying, if they cannot produce that invoice ? ( the NTK PCN being the disputed document )good luck1

Thank you! Took your advice and emailed them the following (without the friendly undertones!)Redx said:the point here is how can their client possibly expect to have an invoice that needs paying, if they cannot produce that invoice ? ( the NTK PCN being the disputed document )good luckDear SirsAs you are aware from my email dated 27 April 2021, I made an SAR to your client New Generation Parking Management Limited.I recieved a response from your client yesterday (22/05/21) and the information provided is insufficient and incomplete, as a consequence i would request that you speak to your client to ensure that the SAR request is completed in full. This would include providing copies of any letters sent in relation to the PCN invoice and other documentation relating which I have not been provided with. I would also request that the matter is put on hold until I am in receipt of all information relating to the claim. I am seeking legal and financial advice and this information is required and is my right. I would prefer this information electronically as I was required to pay the insufficient postage costs from your client (I also have evidence of this).I have included pictures of the limited information provided by your client for your reference and this total lack of compliance will come up in any court proceedings. Please note that a failure to comply with my request in full including providing the original NTK (which at the time would have been the lease company) will result in an escalation to a complaint to the ICO for non compliance with the SAR request.Yours Faithfully1 -
...including providing the original NTK (which at the time would have been the lease company)...Hmmm...
I wonder if that means that the Notice to Keeper can be viewed as not being Bluegoldie's personal data?
Should we be expecting a Notice to Hirer instead?1 -
pedant modethey are not expected to provide the original NTK PCN to the lease company, because none of that is your datahowever, they are expected to provide the NTH , Notice To Hirer PCN that should have been sent to you after your details were passed on by the leasing company (because its a lease vehicle)1
