How do I order an Ikea kitchen cabinet?

Hello.
We want to order a tall cabinet for an integrated fridge freezer from Ikea.  We also need to order the fridge/freezer from Ikea or elsewhere.  I have some questions, whihc I hope someone can help with:
1) I am going to order a ME720 220cm tall 2 door cabinet.We will order a cover panel for either side.  The illustarations seem to show these as being panelled rather than plain.  Can anyone confirm if the side panels are just plain? we will be cutting them down as they are 240cm long so could do without them being pannelled
2) What do we need to order for the ventialtion panel in the plinth? The kit seems to include 30221458 a stainless steel plinth, but seems to have lugs on whihc would clip into a run of plinth, which we wouldn't have.  There seem to be various options for the ventilation.  Is that the right one?  How does it fix?
3)  FInally, the fridge freezer we are looking at is the TINAD.  On the separate listings it is priced at £450.  In the kitchen planner kit it is priced at £499.  Is there a difference in spec or should I delte it form the kit and buy it as a separate item?
4) What is 'connected front'?  Is it anythign to do with the he sliding door kit that is needed.  It all gets a bit confusing.

If our nearet ikea wasn't 100 miles away we would go and sit wiht a kithcen planner, but I am hoping someone can help me out...
