Sounds a bit like what Dream Lodge we're promising. That didn't work out too well. Read this thread from start to finish and decide if you want to invest your hard earned money in something similar.

Even those accusations are true,  such as the LCF drama when MSE deleted various posts regarding this when they first started out. Turned out to be a scam, but the MSE don't care, they never do, to think otherwise is  unrealistic. But to be fair they don't have the resources to fight defamation suits and nor would they fight on your behalf.

Why is capitalism at fault? It’s just an economic system based on the private ownership of the means of production. You still have scams in a  communist economic system.

Isn't  it funny how the photos in the sales brochure shows the buildings in idyllic greenfield locations with no neighbours, boundaries, access roads etc. 

Does every lodge really come with it's own 1 acre plot ?

In Canada, quite possibly. 

However in this instance I think the reality is more like this..

I came across this while doing a Google search. I did believe this to be a too good to be true investment. And looking into forums I couldn't find any information to such a specific type of investment and thought I'll ask the question here. 

This is not an advertisement for them, I am just doing my research.

No, they don't let you use it for personal use. 

For a lodge costing 55,000gbp, they pay you a rental income of 366 a month (all monies paid quarterly) and they gurantee for this for 5 years and and at the end of 5 years they add 10% uplift to your initial capital and pay your sums back.

Just going through all the replies and answering questions.

Like I said I agree it's too good to be true and if this is legit people would snap this opportunity up.
