A simple basic rule of thumb first filter, that helps avoid high risk and scam investments is when the yield is
                                                   FTSE 100 yield x 2= Leave it alone.
                                                    Current FTSE 100 yield= 2.65%

1. This investment  (FTSE 100 yield) x 3 = 7.95% , which means I for one would not touch it.

2. Would this be the website you where looking at? If so Scam Doc suggests caution.

Sounds like  a pyramid scheme. I think greed and ultimately capitalism is at fault though

Indeed, so not only will MSE forum members searching for Landal Belvedere find their way here, but the Google indexing engine will direct those looking there for information about Landal Belvedere to this thread too.  I don't know how often people search for Landal Belvedere though....

Problem is, the lawyers will get involved, hide behind defamation and take the thread and delete. has happened quite often unfortunately in this litigious world now
