Travel insurance for staycation?

Options
Hi - recently booked a week away for July 2021 and have been looking for some insurance I can take out so we get our money back should the government decide to stop non-essential travel again. Most I can find cover us if we can’t travel due to having Covid ourselves or having to self isolate, but none if new restrictions come in. Any ideas / recommendations?

Book one that you don't have to paid for in advance that gives free cancellation up to 24/48 hours before?
    These are very widely available.
I've booked 3 separate weeks this year, all cancellable.

If they’ve already booked it’s a little late for that suggestion.
What do the terms and conditions of your booking say?

All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I doubt any insurance company will be prepared to covert that risk
