Just thought I'd update the thread... telephone hearing was today.
Only lasted 10 minutes where the judge went straight to the point of landowner authority. He said it looked like the parking company I Park Services was the same entity as the so called landowner I Park Smart and he didn't believe they were the landowner.
Case was thrown out. No mention of anything else from the defence and no costs awarded but a nice little win anyway and one more for the DCBL loss tally.

Anyone reading this who's just got themselves a parking charge, don't panic. Follow the very thorough templates and great advice on this forum and you stand a good chance of success 🙌. If I can do it anyone can!8 -
