Car pulling to the left

Took it for 4-wheel alignment yesterday and I think it is very slightly better, however, it is still pulling to the left.
Does anyone have any idea where to go next, could it be something like the inner/outer tie rods etc?

Are the tyre pressures all correct? Are the tyres showing roughly equal wear at the front? Try swapping them anyway to see if that makes a difference.1

If it's been pulling for a while, it could well be uneven tyre wear. Nothing to be done about that short of replacing the tyres or waiting.
Moving them side-to-side may help, so long as they aren't directional.
Moving them front-to-rear may help, but less likely.1 -
Both tyres have 5mm tread and are the same psi. To the naked eye they appear pretty normal looking in terms of how they are wearing down.0

It will take minutes to swap them side-to-side to check.1 -
There should be a very slight pull to left due to road camber. Find a decent stretch of clear road and drive on the right and see how it performs. If still pulling to left then you have a an issue (whether worth doing anything about will be up to you).
But take it back to the garage and ask them what you should do.1 -
What model/engine/year?
Some have electric power steering and can suffer from problems with that.
I believe Toyota had problems with over sensitivity with some Corolla models that caused tugging one way or the other from around 2009 or 2010.
They are also very power hungry systems and if the battery is starting to age or electrically connections start to corrode, those can cause the EPAS to become problematic.

Most roads will have a camber which will give a slight pull to the left so it's best to test it on a relatively flat piece of land, for example a large supermarket car park.1

Right hand drive cars will pull slightly to the left by design. It's a safety feature.

I seem to think the 2.2 D4D was a hydraulic system, so belt driven pump and PAS fluid.
There could be a number of reasons why it's tugging, dragging brake, worn or seized track rod end, tyres, worn wheel bearing, suspension problem, excess play in the pinion or UJ, play in the rack mounting bushes.
Any clonks, rattles or knocking?
