Stamp Duty and Joint Ownership Transfer

My wife & I jointy own a buy to let 50/50. Value £300k with £150k mortgage. If we changed the percentage split to 90/10 in her favour would further stamp duty be owing?

It sounds as if the “chargeable consideration” will be £60,000: 40% of £150,000.  Because the extra 3% SDLT does not apply for transfers between spouses living together, then I would expect there to be no SDLT.

I am assuming that the parties are UK resident for SDLT purposes.
