CP PLUS LTD T/A GROUPNEXUS - historic PCN 13/08/2015 & 12/01/2016 @ Moto - county court claim

I have also realised that the 2nd PCN is with Roadchef not Moto so will need to seek out another CEO lolLuke Gross is their Ops Mgr and has been dealing with some complaints of late (and delivering!). Do a forum search on his name, because there's an email there somewhere. Good luck. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Other threads today are exactly the same, writing the same complaints and some have already had replies from these same people.
Please read today's threads (no link given but no searching needed, just read the threads like we do)! You will see what will happen and what to put.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes it's luke.gross@roadchef.com who is their Commercial Manager.
When you write to Moto I wouldn't mention that you got a PCN from Roadchef on the same court claim (or vice versa).
The most important thing to mention is the safety issue although your colourful opinion of Cowboy Parking Plus did make me laugh. We are always being told 'Tiredness kills - take a break' or 'Don't drive tired' and MSA's should not be literally forcing tired or ill motorists back on the road because they are worried about getting a scamvoice. For the Moto complaint write jointly to the CEO and paul.comer@moto-way.co.uk4 -
Update:
I wrote, as kindly suggested by all participants in this thread, to both Luke Gross @ Roadchef & Paul Comer @ Moto (email addresses in above threads)
This morning I have had confirmation from Moto that their Ticket has been cancelled as of the 24th of March
On monday i received a reply from Roadchef (from Luke) telling me that it is being cancelled and that he will confirm once done.
I'm mindful of the advice given to keep defending the court case until cancellation is confirmed
Just wanted to say thank you for all the brilliant advice given - will update once final confirmation from Roadchef is given...

Excellent result and well done for keeping at it. Also a good idea to keep going with the process until confirmation received.3

Hopefully all these complaints will change their thinking about time and safety !! They cannot be happy about the situation3

Landowners MUST take more responsibility for what they let parking firms do to their victim customers. This must be opening their eyes.

both PCN's are shown as cancelled1 -
