Electricity bill 200 pounds

Hi all im new to this but Im wondering if anyone has advice on my electric bill. Me and my girlfriend live in a one bed flat which we moved in last month With storage heaters and a immersion boiler. It's also a old building. We are on economy 7 I've set the boiler to heat up 4 am to 7 am. And turned one storage heater off…
