ASDA mobile account missing
I can no longer access my online account. It has disappeared and customer services can not find it. They say there is no record of my mobile number, yet I can still make and receive calls, and 2732 will give me my balance, but if I have to enter my number when phoning them, I'm told the number is not recognised!
Am I alone or is this fairly typical? Anyone resolved this problem?
