eSky voucher issue

I booked a flight with eSky in January this year and I had to change the return leg, due to Coronavirus restrictions. I was told that I could change the date or receive a voucher. I opted for the voucher and they have sent me various emails confirming I am entitled and they had confirmed with the airline and I would receive the voucher. Nothing has been received and they are now saying I am not entitled to a voucher as the flight was cancelled and is on-refundable. I can not use any UK on-line claims company as they do not have a registered address in the UK or Wales. They are also not ABTA registered (my mistake here). Is there anything I can do through a no-win, no-fee claims company or any other route? I have written to eSky several times and submitted all the emails from them with their confirmations that I am entitled to a voucher, but they are now just ignoring me.

They appear to be a Polish-based company so I very much doubt anyone will take on a claim when there is no guarantee that any judgement can be enforced. When we were part of the EU it was slightly easier with a European Small Claims procedure, but that bird has flown. If the airline cancelled the flight, then the ticket has to be refunded under EU261 if that rule applies so which airline and which route did you book? A flight to Poland maybe?0
