Hi, it sure if I have posted in the tight category as the seems to be a couple my question could have gone in, but hoping to seek some help.
My brother and myself are looking to purchase my mother’s property of which we are also residents for some time.
It has been agreed that we can purchase the property with my mum being lead tenant for the discount.
But when applying for mortgages we can not find a lender as my mother is 80 and as her name is on the deeds she needs to be on the mortgage.
Does anyone know if she needs to be on the deeds when we agree to buy the property or know a lender that would potentially help.
