Depends on the employer, I've run into cases where is been believed that anpr is never wrong. the computer says it's right so it must be correct, is the typical attitude.

As mentioned this could have serious implications for the OP, the mere fact he has been flagged for a disciplinary is cause for extreme concern.

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"

Are you not able to show any evidence that you were working in the intervening periods? There must be something you can use?

I agree , if you were elsewhere between the visits the get proof of being elsewhere , shopping receipts , buying petrol receipts , Costa coffee receipts , you must know where you went ,  so get proof

There is no way that your employer can use third hand data from UKPC to convict you in a disciplinary , they should have real time tracking in the company vehicle for that kind of proof , like my lad has in his company vehicle , so as I said , a black box , similar to what insurance companies fit , like Telematics

The UKPC data is unproven and not reliable , an unproven allegation that is known to be unreliable

Will a SAR not produce more photos of the car if the OP provides appropriate times ?

It should provide all photos on file , everything held on file under the data subject , so yes , all of them

So the OP needs to put in a SAR emphasising that a prompt reply is required.

I am not too sure that the second part of that suggestion is a good idea.

I can easily imagine the recipient thinking "This guy wants a quick reply, therefore we will delay it as long as possible".
