Quote Me Happy NOT!!!!

I recently took out home insurance with Quote Me Happy, I was fully aware that it was an online company. I went to sign in to my account only to find I was denied access. I sent several emails to them asking for an explanation, NO REPLY. It was fairly urgent as we were moving house, and there was no way of contacting them. In frustration I wrote an unflattering report about the company and why, in Trust Pilot. Fairly quickly I got an answer from QMH saying they had "unlocked" my account. (why was it locked in the first place?) I proceeded to their website, entered my details, and same problem! IMPOSSIBLE to get into my account and change my address.
In utter frustration I contacted another company who up until now have been so helpful. Yesterday I received at my old house a letter from QMH saying they had given me a new insurance for the new house!!! I DON'T want ANYTHING to do with that company ever again. What do I do if they decide to charge me? and please does ANYONE know how I can get through to someone to explain what has happened please?

Yep - use the link above. It will try to get you to log in to contact, but if you're unable to do so there's a small option at the bottom to contact them as a guest, and then you can fill a form in.
Alternatively, raise it as a complaint by filling in the form: https://www.quotemehappy.com/sales/complaints/make
Either way keep it brief, explained what's happened, and what you want them to do now. If you took out insurance (you said you did?) then you're asking them to cancel it. They sent out paperwork because you took out a policy. You can cancel for a full refund within the first 14 days.
I suspect your account was locked the first time due to too many failed login attempts?0 -
Did you register (& activate) for an online account after you took the policy out?0
