I think the clean or not licence is a bit of a red herring.

Sorry OP but I’m with Sandtree on this, your going to have to ring a broker, possibly a specialist that deals with adapted vehicles.

But that does not apply to the "ANY DRIVER".

So they are risking the driver being somebody who's just got their licence back, etc.
