Easiest way to check if someone has been called is to enter for the next day.  It always lets me enter from about 10 past as the person will have been called by then.

I would hesitate to guarantee that; the phone lines will close on one competition at 3pm and from that current list a random number will be chosen and a new list will begin, but when that chosen number is actually called could vary depending on the presenter/production team on the day, and could be anytime before 4pm.

Not true - they do not need to call before the competition reopens at 3.10 whether it is a rollover or not - depending on how the entry pool works at most the number they are going to call may have been selected by the company that handles it before the competition reopens but that does not change when the call may be made which is anytime from when the competition closes to the call being played or the winner being announced.

Monday- 3 rings gent answers, presenter she is calling cash register. Gent knows why presenter is calling. Presenter asks gent halloween scariest thing, gent got married on halloween. think presenter asked about anniversary, gent not married now.  Gent says tonight no plans watch a bit of tv, possibly avoid answering door for trick and treaters. 

  Presenter accept first answer. exact amount, gent gives £66,666, presenter you’ve got right and won today’s cash register. think gent said in office, clear credit cards, debts or holiday. Gent think said entered regularly made my year, unbelievable

Tuesday- 3 rings lady answers hello, presenter with today’s cash register call. Presenter will accept first answer must be exact. 

  Presenter how much is in today’s cash register, Lady gives £68,000, presenter how money change life, lady drastically lots of stuff that needs to be paid, would be amazing, think lady said is this really true, presenter not recognise my voice, lady do recognise your voice just a bit shocking. 

  Presenter what would lady do with money if won, lady pay bills, holiday would be absolutely amazing. Presenter asks when lady entered, Lady entered literally 10 to 3 agrees with presenter she sent text and entered thought no way chance would get call, presenter you told me bills, holiday entering cash register for ages, you’ve just won todays cash register, lady no way are you kidding me oh my days. Presenter asks lady tell first, lady finish off work first a bit hot and sweaty, is this really true, presenter tell you one more time, repeat I’ve just won £68,000congratulations you are todays cash register winner, lady oh my god I never ever thought think said win, don’t know what to say thank you so much, just best news ever. 
  After call presenter played a few songs and mentions today’s winner is a taxi driver, that she was not going to enter today but just had that feeling and thought umm here we go, both her and her partner play every single day. Lady’s partner birthday later this month and celebrate in style. always had Maldives as a holiday  on their bucket list, well with 68 grand in the bank they are able to do that aren’t they.

Wednesday- 3 rings lady answers hello, presenter cash register call ask potential most important question, how much in cash register, lady gives £70,000. Presenter how change life, lady make huge difference, think said long entering this competition, household bills treat think said kids last person treat myself maybe little holiday. 
   Presenter are you sure to lady amount she gave, lady 99 percent please tell me I have the right amount, presenter you have the right amount you’ve just won today’s cash register 70 grand, think lady said believe it either listen/enter every single day,presenter today your lucky day remember 2nd November, lady I can’t believe it.

Correct it is open to every part of the UK, England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland. The reason I put England in the title is because they have titled the competition Cash Register England - https://planetradio.co.uk/cashregisterengland/

Does that mean Channel Islands are out I wonder? 🙁
