Wednesday- 2 rings lady answers hello, presenter she is calling cash register. Lady is on way to hospital with daughter and hopes everything is ok with hospital visit. help with Christmas and grandkids be absolutely fantastic is in car traffic partner driving. 
  Presenter will accept first answer exact amount, lady gives 
£93,000, presenter you’ve just won £93,000, lady oh my god I can’t believe it I’m shaking, thank you so much, completely change my life, partner bleeping his car horn, feeling in total disbelief think I need a real big glass of wine we are going to have the best Christmas ever.

Thursday- 3 rings presenter says from cash register, gent has answered he is at work plumbers merchant, not expecting call feel pretty good to receive call. 

  Presenter asks gent reason he entered, gent have to be in it to be in with a chance. Presenter asks gent most important thing spend, gent home improvement that kind of thing. 

  Presenter ask gent how much is in cash register, gent believe 

£95,000, presenter you believe right just won, gent tell probably wife first, gent first purchase a beer, gent says amazing when presenter again informs gent win, gent might close up early.

Friday- 3 rings lady answers hello, presenter this is today’s cash register call. Lady is at sister in laws house getting son dressed as scary pumpkin ready for halloween.  

  Lady says feeling shaky, this is most unreal thing that has happened to her. Presenter says she must accept first answer needs exact amount. Lady gives £101,000, presenter you’re right. lady oh my god can’t believe it, crying, presenter says tell son. Lady can be heard saying she has won. Lady says she does not know what she will do with money, good halloween and Christmas, feel a bit shocked winning, I am good thank you

can ring anytime after daily close 3pm, play call approx 3.30-3.35, from other posts they appear to ring 3.00-3.10 but no guarantees what time they ring, it must be before they play call

Mine came at 3.20pm, played on air at about 3.40pm (but that was a couple of years ago). I generally lose hope after 3.15.......

Anytime from when the competition closes to when the call is played or the winner is announced on air - there is no commitment to call at a particular time other than it will be after the competition closes

I think I've seen people say 3:06pm, and 3:09pm - so I'm going to assume that they usually call between the time the comp closes at 3pm and opens again at 3:10pm, but I wouldn't leave your phone alone until 4pm just in case (because it's far too important to miss out!)
