Unable to Log In to South Staffs Water on Chrome

All of a sudden the last few months I have been unable to access my account with SSW on my Chrome browser. I contacted South Staffs Water about this problem and they asked me to try to log in on Internet Explorer. Funnily enough I could, yet was always able to log in on Chrome until a few months ago. South Staffs CS couldn't advise me how to fix this problem and said they would get their software IT people to contact me to try to fix it but they haven't been back to me in a month! Can anyone else tell me if they have had this problem or what I can do to try to fix it so I can access it on Chrome? I have even tried to log in on my mobile phone and that doesn't work either so it must be the website that has changed somehow ??? Anyone got any suggestions?

I had a problem with the brave browser a couple of months ago, I couldn't access any site but the windows browser would let me access sites. All I did was do a system restore back to factory settings and downloaded the Brave browser again and that fixed it.Someone please tell me what money is0

If I did that I would lose all sorts of settings, apps, extensions, updates etc. Also I don't get a problem with any other web sites at all which seems to suggest SSW have a software item in it which is causing the problem for my system. As I said, SSW said they didn't understand the problem which would seem to indicate other people are not experiencing it which is strange. Perhaps I need an IT person to advise me what is the best course of action where I won't lose data and settings.0 -
Correction, just tried disabling my Ad-Blocker whilst I tried to log in and again an error page came up! This is what I keep getting.Sorry, something went wrong.
