All semantics anyway, would have been a bit of fun to get the card if I could do it in a few mins and without having to start up a new bank relationship - but that's obviously not possible. Maybe when I've got a few more millions to invest I'll do it through the 'correct' channels0 -

IanManc said:EarthBoy said:I understand that the current RBS website no longer lets you choose your branch when you apply for a current account. However, if you use this old link instead, it will let you select your preferred branch by address or sort code:

You need to enter sort code 15 80 00 if you want a Child & Co account. Can't find the original post any more, but thanks for this.I had an existing account at Greenock branch, but going through this form I now also have a Select Account with a Child & Co debit card.Lovely.

I've just tried to open a Select account but it didn't give me the option of choosing a sort code or branch, just allocated me to my nearest branch.

I did this 5 years ago by selecting the 15-80-00 Fleet Street sort code and I received the Child&Co card and cheque book. Statements came on 'RBS Private' headed paper.
I no longer have the account.0
