Norwegian air - creditors?

Hello - not sure if I'm posting in the right place as I haven't used this forum much.
Is anyone else in the position of now being a Norwegian air creditor, due to them not paying out refunds for cancelled flights?
Long story, but I had 3 flights cancelled last October due to Covid.  Myself and all 4 of my friends due to travel on the same flights requested refunds at the same time (which was offered to us).  Everyone but me got their refunds.  After several weeks of chasing I was advised mine were on hold due to 'legal restrictions' and then I read that several thousand claims would not be paid out by Norwegian due to their financial struggles.  I had an email recently about being a creditor and that I could be entitled to 50% of my original claim but can't find the email now.  Does anyone know why would I only be entitled to 50% of my original flights costs (IF they paid out) or can I claim on my travel insurance for the full costs of the cancelled flights?
If there is a more appropriate thread for this conversation I would be grateful if you could point me in the right direction.

There are around 34000 people in this situation. When the airline applied to the Irish courts for protection from their creditors (Examinorship) they were advised that they could not make any further payments, and this applied to consumer claims as well as much bigger claims for aircraft leases, landing charges and so on. 34000 people were left with nothing other than a possibility of getting a percentage back at the end of the legal proceedings. In truth, I doubt you would see even 10% so this is definitely a claim against insurance if you have it or a section 75 claim against a credit card if you paid with it. If you used a debit card you are now already out of time with a limit of only 120 days to claim, with credit cards you have 6 years.
