    Fairly standard argument that you weren't served then. Under 13.2.

    Also a good argument under 13.3

    1. A good reason being it wasn't you. 

    2. Real prospect of defending as it wasn't you and they probably messed up keeper liability.

    Why are you posting asking for help on this thread which does not belong to you?  What help are you expecting to get from this thread when you've already received a fair bit of advice from @Le_Kirk and me on your own thread?  Does it not meet your requirements?
