Has she been assessed as having limited capability for work for UC? Id she hasn't then her earnings will reduce her UC by 63% because of her earnings. If she's been assessed as having LCW then she will be able to earn £512 per month before the deductions apply.

Once she starts work she needs to report the changes onto her journal.

For the LCW then she would have needed to have reported a health condition and send fit notes from her GP. If she's not done this and her health condition limits her ability to work then it may still be worth doing this, even though she's planning on working those hours.
