Anybody get their Fibre from Toob?

Hi, just wondering if anyone on here gets their fibre broadband from Toob, and what their experience has been? Toob are in the process of expanding into my local area, and their costs seems massively lower than VM for potentially faster speeds, so naturally I am curious to see if they are any good. TIA

https://www.toob.co.uk/ 900Mbps for £25 a month introductory offer.  They are only available in certain areas, primarily the south of England.  Sounds like they are laying their own network Virgin Media style.  Run by former Vodafone directors apparently.  81% 5 stars on Trustpilot for all that means.

With regards to price, as a general rule you know the adage, if its too good to be true...  Also consider whether you really need 900Mbps.

I have several friends that have it here in Southampton. All very impressed with installation and speed.

I had it installed a month ago, over Cityfiber. There was one glitch on installation (Cityfiber's fault), but otherwise all good. (Also got a £50 - Amazon voucher as a special offer). Speeds are as advertised, and customer service desk helpful.

They run CGNAT, which I was worried would be a problem, but I can do everything I want to, so all good. Supplied router is very good.

There has been one service interupption, which I barely noticed, and I received an apologetic email from the CEO promising to take steps etc..

I want to change over to Toob from Vodafone.
I'm still in their contract until 1st Jan 2025, but there seems to be an offer that they will give 9 months free for those in other contracts. This of course suits me fine. I tried calling them to verify, but couldn't get through after dialing the correct number. Can anyone verify the 9 months free, please?
I'll sign up on the web if so.

I managed to get through this time, and glad i did, because they aren't in my area yet (Portchester, Fareham PO16).
Not for some years according to their customer service guy.
So would anyone know of any other full fibre B/B company I can try, please

I’m with Vodafone currently and was thinking of changing to Toob.  I’m already on fibre (over Cityfibres infrastructure) so it should be simple to change to Toob.  I realise you said you can’t change but did you verify the 9 months free offer?
