MSE vodaphone broadband deal is bogus

The superfast 2 vodaphone deal £22 a month with £100 Amazon voucher that is currently listed as one of the best and expiring May 10th doesn't work.  The offer guides through the Amazon voucher page to vodaphone page but when at vodaphones site it says that this package isn't yet available online and you have to call. When you call they know nothing of the £100 voucher and eventually say that it is an online only thing.  Having signed up for the voucher I thought that this would still track the order made on phone but I see the terms and conditions specifically say it won't track phone or online chat orders and only tracks online orders.. But, of course, an online order is not possible.  I'm surprised this offer has stayed so prominent on MSEs site when it doesn't actually allow you to claim the £100 Amazon voucher.

In that case i am surprised that you are the only one complaining .

Hope you have actually contacted MSE about your bogus claim .

I also had problems. i am now on my 5th application that Vodafone had to do (it is the 3rd one they have tried). I have an open complaint with them. They cited technical issues each time as as soon as I completed the application it was cancelled. i have now been promised £75 off my bill (better for me). I thought it was a conspiracy to prevent having to pay broker sites. I n ow think Vodafone tech is not really up to it and if I hadn't succeeded this time I would be happy to go elsewhere but looks like it might go through. Glad I know how to get a complaint opened though as feel it may be useful.
