Hold onto the paperwork in case they appeal. They have seven days to have it set aside and you wouldn't necessarily be copied into that application. Let's hope not!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So I've still heard nothing, I think they had about two weeks? Either way far too late now surely. I also rang the courts and they had no record.Coupon-mad said:Hold onto the paperwork in case they appeal. Yes it's very sensible and progressive and sends out a good message I think but it means I don't get to go to court, win (hopefully obvs!) and then claim costs which would have been so satisfying.
So I'm not sure how I could waste their time. Do you mean make a claim for a sum to CEL for 'wasting my time'?
I certainly would like to send them a letter to make sure all my details are removed from the records, and tell them how stupid they were in asting their time and money (I'm sure they don't give a hoot or the low level admin even cares ...)

So presuming the case is over, to anyone reading this at the start of their journey, just some notes which helped me.
Clearly start with all the MSE advice, start from the begining and work your way through and for the advice without panicking and sticking the the dates and deadlines
- when I got letters I wrote the date recieved on the front, as it's hand to record
- get one of those clear pocket folders to put the letters in and copies of sent letters if you like too
- make a nice seperate folder on your pc for pics, scans, draft letters
- make a word doc which has at its start, in nice clear seperate boxes sections etc.
your MSE log ins
all the relevant dates
links to any good example forum pages/cases (with a note to say what and why)
links to anything else that comes up as you progress such as County Court case code, Money claim code/link
This made it much easier for me to get on with my life, work and just pick things up after trying to forget about it all for months at times.
My way, but it helped I really hope it helps other people in some way

So I'm not sure how I could waste their time.
My link tells you how. Send them an LBC, it costs nothing. Consider a claim, be it for harassment, data breach, whatever. Any action, however inappropriate, which is likely to cost them money, is to be recommended. imoYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
