Court Action - Civil Enforcement Limited (CEL) parking with 'No Permit'

So my DQ have arrived and I'm completing them as advised and will email them as with the Defense, which is really convenient.
But I have a question about the form:
1/ First box. Says 'In the' - do I just put 'County Court' (is it just that obvious?)
2/ Name box. Below I want to select Defendant so it reads 'is Defendant in this claim' but I click on it to remove the blue highlighting but when I print it just shows all options.
3/ Venue. I've got a chose of 3, Burnley or Halifax seem good to me but during the google process the comments about them are pretty awful. Is that just something you live with for all courts??
4/ Hearing. I'm self employed so potentially very flexible but I just wondered how long I should expect before I get a court date from now? Does anyone have an idea from what's happening at the moment as although it says 'in the next 6 months' I'm going to struggle to think of any eventualty that may get in the way.
5/ Signature. I can't seem to insert an image for this. I know you can always print, sign and re-scan but annoying.
Just a note, regarding the formatting so 2, and 5 I can just open it in Photoshop and basically insert/delete what I like but I'd prefer to keep the form as they'd expect to avoid any issues.
Sorry that's a lot of questions for what is supposed to be an easy stage!

Put Leeds, put Leeds, put Leeds! Those Judges are striking cases out without a hearing.

Choose Leeds though - they are the only area striking out claims, avoiding you having any hearing at all.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Look at your Claim Form. It has similar boxes.Shadowfax1000 said:But I have a question about the form:

You are going to send the completed DQ to the same place.1 -
Advice gold. Yes Leeds totally within travelling range, if/when they don't turn up I can make a day of it at the Henry Moore galleryCoupon-mad said:Choose Leeds though - they are the only area striking out claims, avoiding you having any hearing at all.
If it is struke out, I take it no one wins, but can I claim for costs? I sort of don't care about the money ... but I know that it's the only thing that will hurt these companies.

No, strike out means you win and there is NO hearing but also no costs. The claim is killed off.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ah ok thanks.
They will still have wasted a lot of time and expense for nothing so that's nice ha
Yes I seriously need to consider Leeds0 -
If there is a hearing it will be by phone and the Leeds Judges are clued up about PPCs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
