Adding work email to outlook

Hi,   from looking at the error message you have posted it looks like you haven't enabled SSL/TLS in Outlook. I sincerely doubt you're using "Outlook Express", which hasn't been a thing since the days of Windows XP.  You're probably using Outlook.

Yes my e mail client is outlook and part of my office pro 2010.

If you're company is using Google Workspace don't you need to install and use GWSMO on your computer?

Apparently the reason i cant add the e mail to my Outlook email client application that comes as part of Office on my desktop  is  because" it's a managed account, you can only go into it via Gmail and set up a forward but then you'll not be responding as c4c".
