Want new mobile - not cashback

I am currently with 3 on contract which is coming to an end. I want a new contract and new mobile phone on 500 anytime xnet minutes and 100 texts per month but don't trust cashback.
It is a minefield trying to find anything without cashback.
Can anyone help me please?
