We wrote a humorous letter to a company about a product from the £1 shop, just expected something similar
in return but surprised to receive a £5 voucher in return.

Also your response to them offering you a £5 voucher was

    (2) Response from me: Yes great thanks for sending me a coupon I can't print, nice one!

Think that goes to show it all really. I can't help but think something along the lines of, "I don't have access to a printer, would it be possible to have a paper voucher sent to my home address?", would have been a better reply.

The company covered that in their response - before the OP sent his/her 'nice one' comment.

I think the company tried hard to help the OP by saying:
If you don't have access to a printer or are unable to print your
    > coupon for any reason please email our coupon partner at the below
    > address:
    > wecare@valassis.co.uk
    > They will address and resolve any issues, either by helping you to
    > print the coupon or by posting it to you.
    > Thank you again for getting in touch to let us know.

The OP appeared to either not notice that or just wanted be difficult.

As it turns out, the burgers probably did have cheese in anyway:

They have cheese mixed in with the patty, it's not a layer of cheese inside. Just to warn you, so you don't get stuck in a loop of buying them and complaining.
so probably not even a valid complaint.

You sound like an absolute nightmare to deal with, I'm amazed they didn't just hit the 'delete' button!
    What a disgraceful attitude
