Recently I visited my  local Iceland to purchase a pack Linda Mccartney 2 Mozzarella Burgers 227G, on return I popped them in the grill to cook but were disappointed to see that they had "no cheese".  I was annoyed at this and took a couple of photo's of the burger's but because I was starving continued to consume the evidence.
After trawling the internet to get the customer care email address for the food manufacturer and making a complaint we had the following email exchange.

(4) Response from me: Why should I, its your fault you deal with it, its not customer care if you just try to buy off the complainant!

You could have emailed the coupon supplier in the time you emailed them back. Emailing direct will be quicker than going through a third party.

Some people make their own lives difficult and then try to pass the blame onto others.
    Yes.
The original response from the 'foods care team' included instructions of what to do if you didn't have a printer.
I could understand the vent if the 'coupon partner' wouldn't or couldn't help but the OP's reaction seems OTT to me.

They have cheese mixed in with the patty, it's not a layer of cheese inside. Just to warn you, so you don't get stuck in a loop of buying them and complaining.

So maybe the OP didn't have a valid claim in the first place...

    This just needed quoting!
Like someone else mentioned, what result did you want from your non complaint? These burgers don't come with a layer of cheese, it's mixed into the burger. (Look online at the description/pictures)
So you scoffed down 2 burgers which had nothing at all wrong with them, got great customer support and a £5 voucher!
