So you have copies of all documents and pictures , everything that they have about you , in preparation for your defence of a court case in the future !!

You were complaining about a lack of response , the SAR will get you what you are entitled to under the law

I was asking if it is a common tactic of PPL to not respond to any letters after they have rejected an appeal.
You are asking the wrong question.
Who cares whether it is a 'common tactic' or not. It is a tactic they have decided to use against you - that's all that matters.

Premier Park Ltd are not Walton Wilkins' bunch.

This case is no different than any other BW Legal case, there will be a claim and the OP is likely to win if they simply read the NEWBIES thread and stop wondering if this is 'poor practice'.  OF COURSE IT IS but that's normal practice from the likes of this ex-clamper and their roboclaim solicitor and you only need to read the NEWBIES thread to understand how to win in court in the end.

Did you realise the Government is stepping in?  The NEWBIES tread tells you the quotes from MPs and their words a re a lot stronger than 'poor practice'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

Do not expect John Lewis standard customer service, you are dealing with riff raff here.

Oops , WW are L for Logistics , not LTD

But apart from that , just assume that they will treat you with disdain and plan accordingly , you are the victim that funds their luxury cars and ten bedroom houses , with caviar thrown in  😀😀😋
