Premier Park Limited - no direct response

Hi,
I recieved a PCN from Premier Park Limited, and went through the appeals process. After recieveing what appears to be their standard rejection letter (i've seen many identical letters posted on forums) I continued to write to them requesting further information and evidence. I recieved one response saying that the appeals process is completed and now I must pay, and every single letter I have written to them since has been ignored. The only letters I have recieved are their standard letters that increase the amount claimed. I have not had a direct response to any letters I have sent them and now they have passed the account over to a legal firm 'BW Legal'. (and again increased the amount claimed) The letters from BW Legal appear to be standard template letters that I have also seen time and time again on forums, so it seems unreasonable to increase the amount claimed for pressing print and putting a letter in the post.
I can see Premier Park Limited has a very bad reputation on the parking forums, but this seems very poor conduct?

WW has a very chequered past as an ex clamper , do not expect John Lewis customer service from PPL !!

So 14 days notice or 30 days notice ?

    Hi,
Yes I've had a read through the newbies thread, thanks its very useful. BW Legal asked for payment in 14 days.
My post was more about the conduct of Premier park limited not responding to any letters I wrote. I'm guessing that is the way they conduct business in order to scare innocent motorists in to just paying the amount they are claiming and at the same time increasing the amount they can get?

Is BW Legal actually the same company as Premier Park Limited?

No they are not , b w legal are a legal company , a legal contractor acting on behalf of their client PPL

Email a SAR to the DPO at PPL to obtain all your data attaching copies of 2 recent redacted utility bills as proof of I D under the GDPR law , or a copy of the V5C log book , that is how you obtain all your data from a company , using the DPA law

Why would I need to obtain my data from PPL?

So you have copies of all documents and pictures , everything that they have about you , in preparation for your defence of a court case in the future !!

You were complaining about a lack of response , the SAR will get you what you are entitled to under the law

I wonder if they have my letters I wrote to PPL on file, or do they simply bin them and continue increasing the amount claimed regardless?

Ask them for copies of all correspondence , we don't know , only they know , so ask !! If you don't ask , you don't get

I was asking if it is a common tactic of PPL to not respond to any letters after they have rejected an appeal.

It's a common tactic of every one of the dozens of private parking companies that are in business in the UK , but especially all the ex clamper sc#mmers like ppl

Google Walton Wilkins to see his coloured history over 2 decades , including threats , harassment etc
