    Update:
    today at 8am I sent an email asking them to send me the report today and if not I’d like to know their complaints procedures. At 11pm I received the report with an apology: “we apologise for the delay, our team are working hard to deliver a very detailed and thorough report.  Unfortunately due to the level of defects with the property this is a very large report and we would much prefer to give you a very thorough report than a rushed one and miss something.  Your report has now been emailed to you.  Thankyou for your patience and we wish you all the best with the property.” 
    Now.... the next step of the frustrating process of house buying......
