Epic sell digital stuff so runs via Apple and google and they take a cut just like subscriptions and other micro transactions!

    They are still doing this!
Been overcharged on several of my past few orders.
One method is adding tax on top of the total instead of showing the tax as a part of the total.

    For Example

    Meal      £10.00
    Side        £3.00
    Delivery  £3.00
    Tax          £3.00
    Total      £19.00

    When it should be

    Meal      £10.00
    Side         £3.00
    Delivery   £3.00
    (inc Tax)  £3.00
    Total      £16.00

BEWARE - If you are in a hurry you might not notice this!
    BTW
If you report it, you may find that Burger King Customer Service goes silent on you.

    Chilli Cheese Melt & Fries

    £2.99

    Regular Fries

    £1.59

    Kids Cheeseburger Meal

    £9.46

    Offer - DOUBLE STACKER - APP452

    £2.00
    Subtotal
    £12.25
    Tax
    £0.80
    Total
    £13.05

It’s the kids meal that seems to have upset it, I believe all the other prices are correct. Kids meal should be £2.99.

Something funny is going on with the VAT too, as the item prices are inclusive of VAT but VAT is then added onto the subtotal.

Why did you proceed with the order if it shows an incorrect price?

The VAT on £12.25 is not 80p

Probably best not to publish your home address and phone number on a public forum.

Also maybe best not to eat too many of these Whopper Meals. :D Amazing how much fast/fatty  food you can get for £10 !
