I just had mine last week. It took just over an hour. They went over all the questions in the form and asked where I had difficulties and how I'm affected.
It's important to be clear and not just say yes or no but explain.

I have just finished my assessment and I felt like it went awful, the man kept repeating questions and because of my anxiety I felt pressured and confused. I don’t think it went well at all

There's probably a lot of people that think the same as you, myself included and i've never been refused any benefits. I know it's difficult to think the worst but it's not going to help so my advice is to try not to speculate anything at this point.
If you wait a week then ring DWP to ask for a copy of the assessment report to be sent to you. Once you receive this you'll be able to work out any possible recommendations by adding up the points. They usually go with the report, although it has been known for them to go against it but it's rare. Of course you'll need to wait for the decision still. Once it's made if you're not happy then you can request a Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) followed by Tribunal.

Thank you for your advice, I will try to stay positive for the mean time, I will definitely be contacting them for the report next week hopefully some good news for a change :)

They say wait a week because they won't send you a copy until both copies have been returned to DWP. If you gave a mobile number on the form they will text you once the report is returned and then you can ring.

Thank you for getting back, yesterday they text me about receiving the report so after a long wait she said I will receive it within 5-7 days.
